Civilworks, Inc. was founded as a consulting firm providing civil engineering services to a broad base of clients in both the public and private sectors.  It was established in Dover, New Hampshire in August 1985,  by Dana C. Lynch, P.E. and Paul J. Connolly, P.E., P.L.S..  Professionally licensed in New Hampshire, Maine, Rhode Island, Massachusetts and New York, the principals have an extensive background in a wide variety of projects including transportation planning and engineering, site design and permitting, construction inspection, structural design and inspection and utility design including water supply and sewer systems.

     Its variety of services allows Civilworks to creatively provide the most appropriate and economical solutions to the client's needs.  These services are further enhanced by Civilworks' productive relationships with specialized professionals.  Civilworks, Inc. takes pride in the fact that it is capable of carrying out projects in an expedient and efficient manner.  This is a result of planning, technical expertise and thorough attention to detail.
